Swimbridge stars!

Congratulations to Charlie who represented the school at an inter-schools trampolining competition on Saturday and got a bronze medal. He has now qualified for the next round in Worthing in January. He also competed for the Air Extreme Academy  in a south west-wide competition on Sunday which was a really huge challenge. There were 440 competitors. He showed real determination and perseverance. Well done Charlie! We are very proud of you!

Three of our Inventors children have been involved in three very special performances recently.

Jess has been performed in four shows of Nativity! The Musical at the Queen's Theatre in Barnstaple. We want to give her a big shout out for her passion and dedication.

Ella took part in a Tapathon on Sunday  20 November for Children in Need. It’s an annual event that her dance academy are proud to support and they also attempt to break the world record for the most people tap dancing to the same song all across Britain. This year they danced outside the Museum in Barnstaple to Wake Me Up Before You Go Go by Wham and raised £265 for Children in Need. Everyone did so well despite the cold and windy conditions!

Amelia sang at the Barnstaple Christmas light switch on, promoting the North Devon Gang Show. Tickets have now gone on sale and she will be performing during February half term at the Landmark Theatre in Ilfracombe.

Well done girls - we are super proud of you and your achievements!
